Goods sweeping

Goods sweeping module is for managing sweeped goods. System will automatically recalculate items' balance after the sweeping.

To see goods sweeping list, choose module Goods sweeping:
To find a specific goods sweeping, use Search:
Creating new goods sweeping

- To create new goods sweeping, click New goods sweeping:

- Fill in the details, mandatory fields are marked with * symbol. Add items and press blue tick:

- Click Save. The balance change of sweeped goods will be visible in Invoice items module item preview.
Editing and deleting
To edit or delete goods sweeping, use Actions menu:
Goods sweeping export
There is an option to generate a goods sweeping Excel file. To export a goods sweeping, click the following button in the list:
When goods are sweeped, system will automatically recalculate invoice items balance. Invoice items balance is shown in Invoice items module.
