How to create a new module bookmark?

In system modules, data is displayed based on created bookmarks. A bookmark is a data view with predefined filters and table column values. You can create an unlimited number of bookmarks, use them as default module views, and share them with other system users.

How to create a new bookmark?

  1. Click on the Bookmark icon and select the option New bookmark.
  1. In the tab, enter the name of the new bookmark. You can also select whether it will be used as the default bookmark and shared with other system users.

You may also select whether the bookmark should be used for the specific role. The users with the role will not be able to create their own bookmark as the icon will not be displayed in their module view.

  1. In the Filters selection, you can pick which of the filters should be displayed in your module view. You can pre-select filter values, disable the view of the filters that are not in use or change the filters order by dragging the marked symbol.
  1. In the Columns section, select which of the columns should be displayed in your module view. You can pick how the table should be ordered, whether it should ascend or descend. Here you can also disable the display for the columns that are not in use and change the columns order in the table by dragging the marked symbol.
  1. Save the bookmark - the data will be displayed accordingly to the bookmark's selections.

How to edit and delete the bookmark?

To edit the bookmark, click on the Bookmark icon and choose the needed bookmark. Then click on the edit icon to make the necessary changes and save your updates.

To delete the bookmark, click on the edit icon and then select the delete button on the top.
