How to send announcements to all the employees?

You can send the announcement message to all the employees using the system.

  1. Select Utilities - Announcements - New record.
  1. Fill in the information for the announcement and select the option of Show to staff:
  1. The message will be displayed on the Dashboard under the Announcements:
  1. You have options to view, dismiss, delete or edit the new announcement.

The Announcement module is visible only to the System Administrator but all the other staff members can view sent announcements.
