What is the not system user?

The not system function is meant to register the employees without creating a sign up for the system or paying for user's license. Staff members like these will not receive an email with the invite to join the system. There is also no option to set any permissions for not system workers.

If you want to assign this employee as the responsible person for the different records in the system, select the option Can be assignee.

If you want the employee to receive system notifications about the assigned tasks and projects, select Message settings - Edit - mark the options and save changes.

The not system users can also use their e. sign to sign contracts and documents.
