How to create positions for contact persons?
You can indicate what positions do contact people of your contact list hold in their organisation.
- To create selections for positions, go to Setup - Module picklists - Position and select New record.
- Fill the information fields and save changes.
- A newly created position will be shown under the contact person's information card.
- If you want to enter the position manually, select Other on the position list in the contact person's card.
- The system will display additional field where you can enter the position.
