How to create positions for contact persons?

You can indicate what positions do contact people of your contact list hold in their organisation.

  1. To create selections for positions, go to Setup - Module picklists - Position and select New record.
  1. Fill the information fields and save changes.
  1. A newly created position will be shown under the contact person's information card.
  2. If you want to enter the position manually, select Other on the position list in the contact person's card.
  1. The system will display additional field where you can enter the position.
