E-signature

Contracts and documents can be signed with the MarkSign tool. To activate the e-signature function, please contact support@hannacrm.eu

  1. When the e-signature function is enabled, assign the permission to those staff members who could sign contracts and documents.

Go to Setup - Staff - choose to add new record or edit already existing record.

  1. Select Is allowed to use e.sign and submit changes.

First 5 signatures - free every month! From the sixth signature, 0.25 EUR excluding VAT is charged for each signature transaction.
