How to create goals?

You can create goals for yourself or employees in the system:

Achieve Total Income The goal counts the payments received on invoices and pre-invoices.
Convert X Leads The goal counts the amount of leads converted to clients.
Increase Contact Number (leads conversion is excluded) Calculates how many contacts are created in the Contacts module, excluding lead conversion.
Increase Contact number (leads conversion is included) Calculates how many contacts are created in the Contacts module, including lead conversion.
Make Contracts By Type (is calculated from the date added to the database) The goal counts how many contracts have been created based on the selected contract type and registers according to the date contract record was created.
Make Contracts By Type (is calculated from the contract start date) The goal counts how many contracts have been created based on the selected contract type and registers according to the date the contract record has become valid.
X Pre Invoices Conversion The goals calculates the amount of the pre invoice conversions to invoices.
Perform tasks The goal counts the tasks, when status change to Complete or Complete - Waiting for confirmation.
Perform sales Calculates the sums of created invoices.
Perform sales by countries The goal is calculated based on the countries that are assigned to contacts.
Number of emails The goal calculates the amount of received emails in the system.
Value of Approved Opportunities

The goal counts the approved opportunities according to:

  1. By the date the opportunity was confirmed.
  2. By the date the opportunity was marked as effective and valid.
  3. By the date of the opportunity.

Opportunities are only counted when marked with status Confirmed.

Value of Opportunities by stage When setting the goal, you can select for which stage of the opportunity the goal will be calculated. This goal counts the total amount of the opportunities in the specified goal stage by the according period.
Increase Lead Number The goal counts the number of new leads registered in the system. Imported leads are also counted into the amount.


  1. To create a new goal, go to the Utilities - Goals tracking and select New record:
  1. Fill the information related with the goal:
  1. If the goal is related to several employees, tick the box Count achievement individually, then every employee will see different results depending on their performance:

And also on the Dashboard:

  1. If you have several goals you would want to display on the Dashboard, add more by clicking on the highlighted icon (see picture):
