Hanna CRM updates: October 19–25, 2026

October 19–25 2026

This week brings improvements to everyday work, data handling and integrations. Below are the main standard Hanna changes with links to the updated guides.

Exports in one place

The Data export page shows status, progress and downloads for lists, reports, surveys and document exports. The dedicated bulk document PDF form offers ZIP or a merged PDF, with its own plan and permission requirements. ZIP supports up to 10,000 documents; merged PDF supports up to 500. Normal list and individual-document PDF export remain separate actions.

Guides: Data Export, Formats, and Preparation, Export history and secure data usage, Bulk PDF Export, History, and Troubleshooting

Clearer import preview and preserved existing values

Import preview highlights converted values and makes source-versus-prepared comparisons clearer. When filling missing Contact or Lead information, it shows which populated fields will stay unchanged. Import is also available on Optimum with the relevant permissions.

Guides: Preparing the Import File and Mapping Fields, Safe imports, history, and error handling

DOCX grouping and logo size

Opportunity DOCX tables can group items by category. Logo width can be adjusted in PDF and text-template settings. Survey editing separates settings, appearance, links and start and end screens more clearly.

Guides: Opportunity PDF, DOCX, email, and document templates, Document Text Templates and Variables, Creating a Survey and Choosing Question Types, Conditional Logic, Design, and Anonymous Surveys

Opportunity and Lead workflows

Enable Client note and Terms columns in opportunity lists; Kanban selection is remembered even with a default filter. The email integration uses form defaults while preserving explicit integration settings. With the relevant rule enabled, a Lead without an assignee can inherit one from its linked opportunity.

Guides: Opportunity list, Kanban, filters, and templates, Leads Email Integration and Automation, Reassigning Opportunities and Tasks

Better bulk editing and scheduling

Selected-record editing is more consistent. Add or replace task assignees, use clearer CC address values and expand inactive staff only when needed. In the existing Worker interface, weekly workload helps select an employee and time; double-click a day cell to start creating a task.

Guides: Bulk actions by module, Creating and editing a Task, Tasks list, Kanban, calendar, filters, and templates

Project profitability and credit-note ownership

Project budgets adds an Actual profitability column with sorting and export. Credit notes have a responsible employee, with changes recorded in history; document display and Rivile ERP use depend on configuration.

Guides: Project finances, budget, and Invoices, Creating and editing a Credit Note

Wantly, MailerLite and 3CX

With Wantly enabled, opportunity cards show linked proposals and their actions. MailerLite summaries distinguish records, unique email addresses and synchronised recipients. PBX Tenesys is renamed 3CX while retaining compatibility with existing endpoints.

Guides: Opportunity card and workflow, MailerLite integration, Telephony integrations and call features

Read-only access and safe API/MCP use

MCP accepts read-only API v4 keys again; mutation tools require write access. API attachment actions check parent-record visibility and the corresponding upload or delete permissions. MCP may require authentication again after a password change.

Guides: MCP Connection and Access Management, API and MCP Settings and Documentation, Uploading, searching for, and assigning attachments

Availability depends on your plan, permissions and enabled integrations.
