Bulk PDF export
Select Utilities -> Bulk PDF export to export invoices, pre invoices, payments or opportunities.
Goals tracking
System has an option to create goals for users, for example, how many leads employee must convert to contacts, during a specific period:

- To create a new goal, press Utilities -> Goals tracking -> New goal:

- Describe goal.

- Save.

- You can follow the progress:

- You can search, edit or delete goal using Actions:

Announcements
You can publish announcement in a system:

- To publish an announcement, choose Utilities -> Announcements -> New announcement.

- Mark receivers and enter the announcement:

- Save.

- To find announcement, use Search, to delete or edit - use Actions.

Activity log
In
Utilities -> Activity log you can see activity log and actions done by users.
Use date filter to check logs.
To empty log, choose Clear log.
Timeline
In the timeline, you will see all the entries created in the system and the actions performed in chronological order. You can also use the employee filter here to see the time zone in the form of a list (Show Grid):
