Module Goods receiving is for managing received goods - the balance will be updated automatically.

Choose module Goods receiving to see receiving goods notes list:

To find goods receiving notes, use Search and filters:

Creating new goods receiving

1. To create new goods receiving, click on the New record button.

2. Fill the information fields.

3. Add invoice items and save changes.

Editing and deleting

To edit or delete goods receiving, use Actions menu:

You can also edit or delete via the goods receiving overview window.

Statuses

Goods receiving can have the following statuses:

• In preparation - goods receiving is still in preparation, item balance does not change;
• Goods received - goods were received, the system will recalculate its balance in the item's card;
• Order canceled - If the status is changed from goods received to order canceled, the item quantity is recalculated in the item's card.

But if the Goods receiving status is changed to In preparation or Order canceled, the system will enable editing again.

Goods receiving export

1. Individual goods receiving records can be exported in the Excel file. Click on the Excel icon to initiate export.

2. You can also export mass records at once by clicking on the mass action button.

3. Select export icon and specify the needed export format.

Goods receiving files export

The files attached to the goods receiving record can be exported via mass action button.

1. First, select the mass action button.

2. Click on the Export files button.

The system will download a catalogue with all the files attached to the goods receiving records.
