2025-04-03 Update in Tasks module

We have made another update—this time in the Tasks module. Just like in previous updates, you will now be able to create module bookmarks that define how task records are displayed.

Bookmarks are data views with pre-selected filters, their values, and table columns. You can create an unlimited number of bookmarks in the system, use them as default module views, and share them with other system users.

How to create a bookmark?

  1. In the task module, click on the Bookmarks icon and select New bookmark.
  1. Enter the name of the bookmark and select whether it should be used as the default value and shared with other system users.
  1. Select which of the filters should be utilized in your bookmark. You can already select the filter values or disable the visibility for the unnecessary filters.
  1. Here you may select which of the columns should be present in your bookmark. Select the column by which the table should be ordered and the order (by ascending or descending). You can disable the visibility for the unnecessary columns and also change their order in the table by clicking on the marked icon and dragging it to the desired spot.
  1. Save the bookmark - the information in the module will be displayed in accordance with your selections.
