Can't connect to the system?
If you try to log in to the system and you get an error (usually the error is identified as a type 419 error), it means that your browser has failed to create a secure cookie or access the cookie that authorizes your login. This can be caused by ad-blocking plug-ins for ads or other items, as well as by the browser itself if cookies are not allowed. What to do?
If you use Google Chrome

- Click Settings in the browser bar.

- Press Privacy and security.

- Select Site Settings.

- When you see See all cookies and and site data press arrow .

- Insert [*.]hannacrm.app and press Remove.

- Sites that can always use cookies press arrow and find hannacrm.app then choose Delete.
