Can't connect to the system?

If you try to log in to the system and you get an error (usually the error is identified as a type 419 error), it means that your browser has failed to create a secure cookie or access the cookie that authorizes your login. This can be caused by ad-blocking plug-ins for ads or other items, as well as by the browser itself if cookies are not allowed. What to do?

If you use Google Chrome

Click Settings in the browser bar.

Press  Privacy and security.

Select  Site Settings.

Select  Cookies and other site data .

When you see See all cookies and and site data press arrow .

Insert  [*.]hannacrm.app and press  Remove.

Sites that can always use cookies press arrow and find hannacrm.app then choose Delete.

Restart your browser and log in to your Hanna CRM account.

If you use Firefox

Click Options in the browser bar.

Select  Privacy and Security.

Near Cookies and Site Data select Manage  Data .

Insert  https://hannacrm.app and press  Remove Selected and then press Save Changes.

Then select Manage Exceptions.

Insert  hannacrm and press Remove All Websites .

Press Save Changes.

Restart your browser and log in to your Hanna CRM account.
