Two-factor (2FA) authentication

In Hanna CRM there is option to enable two-factor authentication. This is an additional level of protection that reduces the risk of unauthorized access to data.

How to enable two-factor authentication?

Download the authentication app to your phone:

Select My Profile below.

Select the  Google 2FA code tab and click Enable Google 2FA. Open the authentication app on your phone and scan QR code. Enter the 6-digit code and press Configure:

When enable two-factor authentication, you will also need to enter the code generated each time in the app when connecting to the system:
