Hierarchical roles

User rights and role settings have been updated in the Hanna CRM system. A new option has been added to the rightsView posts by role.  

When an employee is assigned the right to view records by role, they will be able to see:

  • Records of employees belonging to his role;
  • Employee records for roles below the employee role.
