An improvement has been implemented in the Hanna CRM system - from now on when creating a task andspecifying a contact person, you can create a link to a video conference in the system and send it to the client:
You will be able to access the remote chat from the Task View form:
In the meantime, the client will receive an e-mail. a letter with a video chat link and an invitation to add the event to the calendar:
