The Hanna CRM system has been supplemented with a new function - task confirmation functionality. You can assign an existing attribute to tasksConfirmation is requiredand specify the persons who can approve the task. In that case, the person in charge of the task will only be able to change the status of the task toDone - waiting for confirmationand only the person approving the task will be able to confirm the completion of the task by selecting the statusDone.
