Gmail email mailbox scan

In Hanna CRM, you can add Gmail email. mailbox. Select your or employee profile -email settings - New record - New mailbox Gmail:

After enabling email the mailbox will be regularly scanned by the system and the contents of the mails will be stored under Contacts and/or Leads (e-mails are scanned every 10 minutes).
