Supplemented formulas of the Contract Annex template

In the contracts module, the formulas of the start-up add-on template were added:
- Name of responsible person- {contract_supplement_responsible_person_first_name};
- Name of responsible person- {contract_supplement_responsible_person_last_name};
- Responsibilities of the responsible person- {contract_supplement_responsible_person_position};
- Telephone number of the responsible person- {contract_supplement_responsible_person_phone};
- Responsible person's e-mail postal address- {contract_supplement_responsible_person_email}.
The information is filled in according to the information specified in the employee profile of the responsible person.
