Updated filters

We have updated the filters in the system - now when you select filters, a modal window will open, where you can choose which filters you want to apply to your search.
Filter selections will, as before, be displayed above the record table, so you can always see which filters are active.
This amendment allows:
- it is more convenient to use filters without covering other interface elements;
- to see the selected filters more clearly (above the data table);
- individually clean unnecessary filters;
- change filter selections faster.
The functionality of the filters does not change - only their location and presentation changes, convenience and modernity contribute.
