Items table style settings

After uploading opportunity, contract or document templates, you can change the style of the item table. This will allow you to create a product table according to the desired design (for example, hide unnecessary columns, change the text font or the color of the table).

How to adjust such a table?

As an example, let's look at how to replace a table with an opportunity template.

1. ChooseSystem settings - Options - Document templates.Choose to create a new template or edit an existing template.

2. Click on the blue buttonItem table style settings.

3. In the editing window that opens, you can make the necessary changes.Title translationscolumn to indicate the names of the table headers or disable unnecessary columns (for example, if you do not need to display the product code in the product table).

4. You can perform the same actionsFooter translationssection - to change the names and manage the visible fields of the table cells.

5. Below you can change the font, text size, colors and alignment of the table headers, content and footers.

6. At the bottom, you can adjust the size of the image and cell footer, change the amount of decimals, decimals and thousands tabs. After making the necessary changes, remember to apply the changes and save the template.

7. The changes made will be reflected accordingly in the PDF preview of the options document.
