Notification settings and their purpose

Where to find automated notification rules and their history.

Go to System Settings → Notifications. Here you will find two sections:

  • Notification settings – automated rules;
  • Notification history – management of scheduled and sent notifications.

A rule links a selected module, its conditions, a date, a recipient, and a channel. For example, you can remind the team member responsible about an upcoming critical date or send an email to a client after a deadline has passed.

The rules table displays the name, module, type, and an activation toggle. Choose a name that clearly indicates when and to whom the notification is sent—for example, Unpaid invoice reminder for the salesperson.

The available modules and channels depend on your Hanna plan and enabled integrations. If you do not see SMS or a specific module in the list, contact the administrator to check your plan and integrations.

If the table shows No data, it means no rules have been created in your account yet. Create a new rule using the New rule button.
