Asset list, filters, and map

Object search, selection, Save views, and map-based location preview.

Object list, types, filters, and views

Open Objects. Above the table, select All objects or a specific object type. Use the search function to find an object by name, number, or other visible data. You can sort records using the table headers and choose which columns to display.

In the filters, you can select status, assignees, view, organization, installation or warranty dates, and intervals for the last and next service. Multiple filters work in combination. Save frequently used filter settings as a view. The Map button displays objects based on their coordinates.

Object map, addresses, and coordinates

Click Map in the object list. This displays objects that have assigned coordinates. You can distinguish markers by type, status, or organization, if such options are available.

If an object does not appear on the map, open its record and check the address, city, country, latitude, and longitude. Coordinates can be determined based on the address or entered manually. After changing the address, save the object and check its location on the map within the record.
