Open the credit note. On the card, you will see the status, details, date, line items, VAT, and the total amount. At the top, there are buttons for PDF, email, and Actions.

Before sending the PDF, check the recipient, number, date, credited line items, quantities, prices, VAT, and the final amount. In the email window, select the recipient, language, message text, PDF, and any additional attachments. Previewing the PDF does not automatically send the document.

Store supporting attachments in the Files section, and check creation, editing, sending, statuses, and assignments in the Action history. Depending on the status, the actions menu may allow you to edit, mark as Invalid, revert to Open, attach a file, assign Invoice, or delete.

Only delete the document if you are certain it has not been assigned to Invoices or transferred to the accounting system.
