Assigning emails using a record link

In the system, you can assign letters to records based on the link in them. This feature is availableIn the Projects, Objects and Opportunities modules.

Opportunity Review:

Viewing Objects and Projects:

Select the copy button of the system record and paste the link in the subject of the letter:

or to the body of the letter:

Then the sent letter will be automatically assigned to the system record:
