Why can’t I delete a credit note?

If the credit account is created from the account, then the system does not allow the deletion of the record until the credits are deleted:

  1. In the credit account review form, selectAccount:
  1. After opening the account, select the sectionCredits creditedand remove it:
  1. Then go back to view your credit account and make your selectionActionsbutton you will be able to cancel the credit account:
