Where to find KPO and PPK receipts?

All payments after the invoice has been credited,PPKandKPOreceipts are displayedPaymentsin the module:

  1. To viewPPKorKPOreceipt, select on the payment number:
  1. In the payment preview, you will see two icons after selecting:

•PDF- you will generate a KPO (cash receipts order).

•Document icon- PPK (money acceptance receipt).

How to create KPO and PPK receipt numbers?

You can create KPO and PPK receipt numbers by choosingSystem Settings - Settings - Finance - KPOorPP receiptin sections:
