Hanna CRM integration with Smartmex call manager
How to link Hanna CRM with Tele2 Smartmex call manager?

- Go to Tele2 self-service website and select Smartmex call manager. Choose Management and then click Api. Press New:

- Insert the information identically as in the example below. Enter these Limitation IP:

- When entering Limitation IP, press Add. Mark all check boxes, and press Save.

- Next, copy the Token code and email it to support@hannacrm.eu. Write your account name (account.hannacrm.app) and request to activate data exchange between Hanna CRM and Tele2.

- Further, choose Web Hooks and press New.

- Enter this link: https://account.hannacrm.app/api/pbx/tele2_mob_stot . Instead of word account, enter your account name.

- Mark check boxes and press Save.
After receiving confirmation that data exchange is enabled, take the following steps:

- Sign in to Hanna CRM and select Setup -> Staff.

Select user, go to the tab Smartmex call manager, then click Edit:

- Enter Call manager user phone number and mark Call manager active. Enter user phone using the format +370 6XXXXXXX.

- Download Smatrmex call manager from Google Play store or App store.

Do not forget to activate Click to call and enable Auto dial.
